Small variations can occur, but we guarantee an equal alternative.

Delivery Area and Delivery Times
Our driver will be happy to deliver our creations within the city and region of Zurich.
To other destinations within Switzerland, we send our goods by express mail.
We do not deliver outside of Switzerland.
The possible delivery times correspond to our
opening hours,
including Saturdays, but not Sundays or public holidays. Please order early, or call,
or fax for urgent deliveries.
We usually cannot consider wishes concerning the delivery time because our driver
has to coordinate the various deliveries. If nobody is present at the delivery address,
our driver will deposit the order on the doorstep of the appartment or office inside the
building or will leave it with a neighbor. If this is not possible, he will try to contact
the recipient.
Greeting Cards
On our order form you will find a selection
of greeting cards at different prices and an entry field for your card text.
The recipient will not receive additional information except for that card text.
Wine or Chocolates
No, we don't want to become a grocery store. We want to offer what we are experts
at, but if you would like us to enclose a bottle of wine or a box of chocolates
with your order of flowers, we'll gladly procure it from the shop around the corner.
Simply choose a product category and a price range from the list boxes on the
order form.
You may want to describe your wish more specifically, but we have to choose from
our neighbor's selection.
The only condition for this service is that the value of your order of flowers
exceeds the price of the wine or chocolates. We will buy the desired product such that
its price rounded to the next five Swiss francs equals your chosen price and use
the difference to cover our handling costs.

Delivery Fee
Depending on the ZIP code of the delivery address:
- Zurich area by our driver, 5 to 14 SFr.,
- rest of Switzerland by express mail, 27 SFr.
Total Cost
Our order form calculates the total cost including
delivery fee, greeting card, and wine or chocolates.
Alternatively you can enter your desired total cost at the very bottom of the order form,
and the form will calculate what the flower order may cost after the deduction of the
delivery fee, greeting card, and wine or chocolates.
All prices are in Swiss Francs. Please use the
currency converter
to convert your home currency to the order currency Swiss Francs.
Method of Payment, Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards. The transmission of your credit card number
and expiration date occurs encrypted.
Of course, you can also send your credit card information by fax.
On request, we send invoices to corporate customers in Switzerland. However,
we cannot send invoices to private customers.
Order Confirmation
After sending your order you will receive within seconds in your browser a detailed order
confirmation (without credit card information). Please check your order, and send us a
corrected version or an e-mail message if you want to change something.
This generated confirmation indicates to you that your order arrived. As soon as we have
read your order we will confirm it by e-mail. Therefore your correct e-mail address is
important.
Please be patient for a few hours. We check our orders regularly but cannot be online
all day.
Delivery Confirmation
Please rely on the order confirmation. We normally do not send another message
confirming that your order was delivered. We hope that the recipient will thank you!
We will inform you and ask you for instructions if we could not deliver your order
and could not contact the recipient.
